SELECTION CRITERIA

We actively seek Class A and Class B properties throughout North America, with a value-added upside by right-sizing market fundamentals, upgrading assets, enhancing the community and seeking value-add activities

SKIN IN THE GAME

Every investment that we pursue will include a sizeable equity investment from the founding partners of the firm. We firmly believe in having "skin in the game" and will manage each asset with a heavy focus on driving investor return by either reducing expenses and increasing revenues.

We operate each investment as an individual business, with a keen focus on improving overall operations, reducing costs and identifying strategic value-added opportunities.
